"I have been with State Farm for a little over a year now and have nothing but things to say about this agency. Recently one of my vehicles was involved in an accident and the other insurance company was not being very helpful. I was playing phone tag with the liability adjuster and then I get an email and phone calls from a third party saying they are going to total loss my vehicle and when would be a good time to pick up the car! I needed answers, so I called the office and spoke with Angela. Without hesitation she immediately got me some info and broke down the typical way of these situations. She asked for the contact information for the adjuster and reassured me she would get back to me by end of business. Angela gave me a call back, explained everything in detail and had the case assigned to another adjuster. The new adjuster gave me a call right after i hung up with Angela! "I just wanted to say State Farm is the best insurance I have ever had so far! First off GEICO wanted to double my rate in July but I called and checked around and State Farm and Jessica came to my rescue! The best rate I could find Jessica knew how to help and where I needed help! Second me and my wife had to tow our vehicle and get her key replaced this past week and BOOM the app had roadside assistance which was able to tow our Vehicle from our apartment straight to the dealership no cost. The app is very user friendly and great for paying your bill! If you need any assistance Jessica can help and do even more than what you are expecting. I had some comments/concerns and she helped and squared away my issues!"
